For security reasons with an e-mail order we request your cards CVV (card verification value code) in a separate e-mail on confirmation of your order. The CVV number is the last three digits on the back of your card as shown above. In the case of an American Express card it is a 4 digit number on the front of the card.
Once we have received your order, we will e-mail you confirming availability, prices and postal charges. (Overseas postal charges are approximately R 46.00 and local postal charges are R 20.00.) Only then do we request your credit cards CVV number.
On receipt of your credit cards CVV number we will process your credit card transaction and activate your order. Postal delivery via the South African International Postal Service is approximately 10 to 14 days. Postal delivery within South Africa is usually 5 days.
